These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User") and pk080 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using pk080 in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out in this Agreement.

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one pk080 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and validity windows. Attempting to abuse bonus terms or exploit promotions through irregular betting patterns may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
pk080 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to pk080 are sourced from accounts registered in their own name only.
Fraudulent activity, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, use of automated bots, money laundering through pk080 accounts, and collusion in multiplayer games are all strictly prohibited. pk080 reserves the right to void bets, freeze accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
pk080 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of pk080 following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Regularly reviewing this page is your responsibility.

By creating a pk080 account, placing a bet, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any service offered by pk080, you represent that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the pk080 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to using the pk080 platform. No person may use pk080 services without having accepted this Agreement. If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a minor or an individual who does not have legal capacity, you are personally liable for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

This minimum age requirement applies to all users regardless of their location or the nature of their intended use. pk080 reserves the right to request CNIC documentation to verify age at any stage and to suspend any account where the user's age cannot be confirmed.
pk080 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid, government-issued Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — may be requested at pk080's discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by pk080 may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.
Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pk080 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether they use different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pk080 reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts upon detection.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your pk080 account. Any material misrepresentation — including providing a false name, date of birth, CNIC number, mobile number, or payment details — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
pk080 does not knowingly permit users from Prohibited Jurisdictions to register or use the platform. It is the user's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pk080 is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk080 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a user's access to the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk080 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. pk080 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
pk080 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved payment methods. Currently approved methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The list of approved payment methods is subject to change and will be updated on the pk080 cashier page accordingly.
All payment accounts and bank accounts used to deposit to or withdraw from pk080 must be registered in the name of the pk080 account holder. Transactions originating from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed where technically possible; where reversal is not possible, the funds may be confiscated pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified within the pk080 cashier interface and are subject to change at pk080's discretion. Limits may vary by payment method, account verification status, and applicable promotional conditions.
pk080 aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) within one to four hours under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL) may require up to one to three business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain network confirmation times. pk080 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. pk080 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where required by its internal compliance procedures or where unusual activity is detected on an account.
pk080 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets that are suspected to have been placed in connection with irregular or fraudulent activity.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to an obvious pricing mistake, a technical malfunction, or a data feed error — pk080 reserves the right to void such bets and return the wagered amount to the user's account. pk080 shall not be liable for any profit or loss arising from bets accepted in error.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to be completed within a specified timeframe as defined in pk080's individual sport betting rules, affected bets will be voided and the wagered amounts returned to user accounts. Specific rules for each sport — including cricket, football, and other markets — are detailed in the sports-specific rules sections accessible within the pk080 betting interface.
In-play (live) betting markets on pk080 are offered on a best-efforts basis. pk080 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event, to remove markets entirely, or to apply delays to bet acceptance where necessary to ensure market integrity. Users acknowledge that live betting is inherently time-sensitive and that bets placed after a relevant event (such as a wicket falling or a penalty being awarded) may be voided at pk080's discretion.
All casino games and slot titles available on the pk080 platform — including live dealer games, virtual slots, table games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game providers using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted by professional dealers. pk080 does not operate or own the game software directly but makes it available to users under licence from the respective providers.
The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to individual games are determined by the game provider and may be accessed via the game's information panel. pk080 does not manipulate RTP settings. Game results are final once confirmed on the gaming server. In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the round will be determined based on the gaming server record, which is authoritative.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available on pk080 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. These Terms & Conditions provide a general framework; specific promotional terms prevail in the event of any conflict.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance and any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, valid markets, minimum odds, and expiry dates are specified on each promotion's terms page. Wagering progress is tracked in real time within the user's pk080 account.
pk080 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing bets on opposing outcomes to hedge a bonus, participating in promotions using multiple accounts, manipulating wagering statistics through low-risk strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform, and any other activity that exploits promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
pk080 reserves the right to determine user eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Promotions may be targeted at specific user segments, geographic locations, or account tenure groups. pk080 is under no obligation to offer the same promotion to all users simultaneously.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk080 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
pk080 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its users. The platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every registered user's account settings. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality checks, loss limits, and both temporary and permanent self-exclusion options.
Users are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively. The 21+ minimum age policy is strictly enforced. Any user who believes that their gambling is becoming a problem is encouraged to utilise the self-exclusion feature immediately and to seek assistance from recognised support organisations.
All intellectual property on the pk080 platform — including but not limited to the pk080 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, database architecture, betting interface layouts, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pk080 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk080 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit users to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pk080 intellectual property without the prior written consent of pk080.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk080's total aggregate liability to any user — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk080 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the user, withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the user via an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe, following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
pk080 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on the pk080 website. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect user rights or obligations — pk080 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominently displayed notice on the platform.
Your continued use of pk080 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using pk080 and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in Section 13.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk080's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through pk080's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the platform's support channel.
pk080 maintains a formal complaints procedure for registered users. Complaints must be submitted in writing to pk080's support team and will be acknowledged within 48 hours. A formal resolution response will be provided within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement. Users who remain unsatisfied with pk080's resolution may escalate the complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as designated under pk080's operating licence.
